Come learn about science and technology at ExxonMobil Baton Rouge!

Our hands-on activities and tour of our Refinery and Chemical Plant teach students about chemistry, engineering and other fields.

Students will learn how crude oil is turned into gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, aviation fuel, lubricating oils and more in the
second largest Refinery in the U.S.

Tour our world-class Chemical Plant that produces products that we all use every day like rubber, paint, rubbing alcohol, diapers, milk jugs and beach balls.

• We are targeting groups in grades 4-12.
• Our tour bus can accommodate up to 34 people including any teachers and other adults.
• Non-school groups like Big Buddy, summer camps and scouts are welcome.
• University tours and adult tours are also available.

To make the tour more educational and relevant we provide materials for pre-tour and post-tour classroom activities that teachers can use to integrate the tour experience into their lessons.
